Office ManagerHours: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMCompensation: $20-$25/hrLocation: Tempe, AZContract to HireFast moving opportunity with a stable and growing company in the construction industry is seeking an organized individual with strong multitasking and communication skills to join their team. The position of Receptionist / Office Coordinator will provide administrative, onboarding, and operational support across multiple project locations. Responsibilities will vary and may include office coordination, employee onboarding, payroll support, event coordination, and assisting additional departments as needed.Job Requirements:Year(s) of Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous administrative support or office coordination experienceIndustry: Construction background preferred but not requiredEducation: High School Diploma requiredSoftware: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with basic Excel formula knowledge requiredAdditional: Experience with payroll, purchasing, AP, or supporting multi-state/union workforces is a plus.
