Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Overview Devoted Educational Solutions (DES) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at a K–5 charter school. This role focuses on helping students access and fully participate in their educational environment through high-quality speech and language services. Responsibilities · Conduct speech and language assessments (articulation, language, fluency, voice, and auditory processing) · Provide direct therapy services aligned with student IEP goals · Develop and implement individualized treatment plans · Write comprehensive evaluation reports and progress reports · Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the educational team · Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of services · Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success · Supervise SLPAs, clinical fellows, or support staff as needed Requirements · Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field · Active California SLP license · Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a school or clinical setting · Ability to pass DOJ background check · Current TB clearance Pay: From $70.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Continuing education credits Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles County, CA
