OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Ultrasound Technologists to support the VA Portland Health Care System across its two sites: the Portland Medical Center at 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR 97239, and the Vancouver Campus located at 1601 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98661. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesPerform abdominal, liver, renal, GYN, vascular, and small‑parts ultrasound examsHandle complex scanning and consult with radiologists for non‑standard examsComplete computer documentation, QA image review, and PACS transfersSchedule and prioritize exams, including emergency add‑onsMaintain radiation safety compliance and required PPE practicesMaintain patient records, logbooks, and RIS/HIS documentationPerform on‑call emergency scans with 24/7 availability when scheduledIndependently resolve scan issues and notify Chief Technologist of unusual casesQualificationsARDMS registration in Abdomen/Small Parts + at least two additional certifications (e.g., RVT, OB/GYN, MSK)BCLS certificationDemonstrated expertise in scrotal, pelvic, and ultrasound‑guided biopsiesMinimum 3 years U.S. hospital experienceMust have worked as an Ultrasound Tech in a hospital within the last 6 monthsMust maintain professional liability insurance and be available ≥ 6 monthsAdditional requirement: recent hospital lab experience as a Vascular US TechNo sponsorship available All candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
