*Master Plumber – Water Conservation Installations (Performance Contracting)* _Location: Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, or Tennessee | Travel Required (~75%, flexible based on job location)_ _Full-Time, Salaried_ *About Us* National Retrofitting Group, LLC (NRG) is a national company headquartered in Niles, IL, providing Lighting, Solar, and Water Efficiency Services to Commercial & Industrial clients and the ESCO industry. *The Role* NRG is seeking a Master Plumber to oversee water conservation plumbing installations within the energy performance contracting industry. This role leads installation crews performing plumbing replacement and retrofit work, primarily in public buildings (schools, municipal facilities, and similar institutional sites) across the country. Most work involves commercial toilet, urinal, and valve replacements, valve recommissioning, and faucet replacements. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee and direct installation crews performing plumbing retrofit and replacement work * Obtain and maintain Master Plumber licenses in multiple states as required by project locations * Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and permit requirements across jurisdictions * Coordinate scheduling and logistics for crews traveling to project sites nationwide * Serve as the technical plumbing authority on-site, resolving field issues and ensuring quality/compliance * Communicate progress and issues to project management and clients *Requirements* * Active Master Plumber license (or eligibility to obtain one) in KY, IN, OH, or TN * Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain Master Plumber licensure in additional states as needed * Experience supervising plumbing installation crews * Ability to travel throughout the U.S.; travel requirements vary by job location and average approximately 75% * Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds * OSHA 10/30 certification preferred * Must pass background checks and random drug testing * Valid driver's license *What We Offer* * Salaried position with competitive pay, commensurate with experience * Health benefits * Company 401(k) * Travel expenses and per diem covered * NRG covers costs and fees for obtaining and maintaining state plumbing licenses *Equal Opportunity Employer* National Retrofitting Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
