Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Shift: 10-hour Day Shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday through Friday (with call)Duration: 13 weeks (05/18/2026 – 08/15/2026)Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekOvertime: Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier); Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier)On-Call: Yes (as required)Assist physicians with electrophysiology studies (EPS) and cardiac catheterization proceduresSet up and operate EP recording systems, mapping systems, and ablation equipmentMonitor patients' hemodynamic status during proceduresPrepare and maintain sterile fields, equipment, and suppliesAssist with device implants (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders) as neededDocument procedural events, hemodynamic data, and equipment usage accuratelyEnsure radiation safety and infection control standards are maintainedProvide patient care before, during, and after proceduresCollaborate with the electrophysiology team to respond to emergency situationsMaintain and troubleshoot EP and cath lab equipmentParticipate in on-call rotation as requiredKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Must-Have Skills: Minimum 2 years of recent experience within Electrophysiology/Cardiac Cath specialtyRCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certificationAHA BLS certificationAHA ACLS certificationExperience in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology proceduresProficiency with EP equipment and mapping systemsEducation: Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related programLicensure/Certification:AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) – requiredAHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – requiredARRT (R) or RCES – preferredExperience with EP studies, ablations, and device implantsProficiency with EP mapping systems and recording equipmentMinimum 2 years of recent experience within Electrophysiology/Cardiac Cath specialty – requiredExcellent sterile technique and infection control practicesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced procedural settingStrong communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and commitment to patient safetyStrong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, and hemodynamicCandidate Type: Travel OnlyLocal candidates within 50 miles will not be consideredLocation: Cumming, Georgia (specific facility details provided upon interview)Department: Electrophysiology / Cardiac CatheterizationCall Requirement: Yes (Monday–Friday with call)Our client is a leading Consulting Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
