Success in this fast-paced role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a flexible, can-do attitude. Youll report to the Facilities Manager, work closely with the Sr. Director of People Strategy, and collaborate across departments. This role provides a strong foundation for personal and professional growth, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and insight into the inner workings of a corporate environment. We take pride in our warm, inclusive, and energetic office culturewith team events, milestone celebrations, and initiatives that keep our workplace connected and engaging./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/ppstrongFront Desk Duties Administrative Support/strong/pulliServe as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees./liliGreet guests warmly, answer and route phone calls, and assist with general inquiries in a professional and friendly manner./liliProvide general administrative assistance including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling support./liliMonitor and order office and breakroom supplies; manage inventory and vendor relationships./liliSupport HR with new hire onboarding and welcome coordination./liliParticipate in the Culture Squad, helping plan and execute internal events, holiday celebrations, and team-building activities./li/ulpstrongFacilities Management/strong/pulliOversee the day-to-day operations of corporate facilities, including office spaces, conference rooms, and common areas./liliCoordinate with building management and external vendors to address maintenance needs and repairs./liliEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe and orderly environment./li/ulpstrongMailroom Coordination/strong/pulliManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries./liliSort and distribute mail promptly to appropriate departments or individuals./liliMaintain tracking logs and records for all shipments and deliveries./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or GED required./liliDegree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field preferred./lili2+ years of experience in a corporate office or facilities coordination role preferred./liliExcellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail./liliExceptional communication skillsboth written and verbal./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) strongly preferred./liliAbility to lift up to 20 lbs and perform light physical tasks related to office upkeep./li/ulpInvited is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer/ppThe job posting outlines the general requirements for this position and is not a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
