Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality products from concept through launch, ensuring continuous improvement based on market feedback. Develop comprehensive product strategy documents, including business cases, technical requirements, pricing strategy, revenue projections, and ROI analysis. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to formulate effective go-to-market strategies and define clear product objectives that support impactful marketing communications. Collaborate closely with teams throughout product development, testing (QA), and commercialization, while effectively prioritizing resources to support overall business goals. Lead the development of product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Synear Foods’ products across key market segments and enhances brand competitiveness. Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000/annual salary + performance bonus QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Food Science, Marketing, or related field Bilingual in Mandarin and English required 3-5 years of experience in product management, including 3 years in food & beverage industry is a plus Solid understanding of food production processes, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP), costing, and quality systems is preferred Demonstrated experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams Proven track record of managing the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutionsProficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc. Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
