Server / Bartender – Mario’s Seafood Job Summary Mario’s Seafood is seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is attentive, efficient, and committed to delivering an excellent dining experience. Our guests are diverse, with a large portion of our clientele being of Latin origin, so bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and assist with seating when needed Present menus, answer questions, and take orders accurately Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs Process payments accurately using the Toast POS system Clear and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness during peak hours Qualifications / Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing Knowledge of proper food handling and hygiene standards Experience with Toast POS is a plus Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
