We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses and individuals. Responsibilities Work independently to thoroughly prepare cases for trial. Monitor the work of others. Maintain excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Be a self-starter with good judgment, keeping a cool head under pressure. Be present in the office regularly and make frequent court appearances. Qualifications 10+ years defense litigation experience. Hands‑on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution. Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law (preferred). Must be admitted to practice in CA (admission in other jurisdictions is a plus).
