Role Description This is a full-time on-site Apprentice Carpenter role located in Boston, MA. The Apprentice Carpenter will assist in all aspects of carpentry, including framing, finish carpentry, and handling various power and hand tools. Daily tasks include measuring, cutting, assembling materials, and maintaining tools and equipment. The apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced carpenters, contributing to the construction and renovation of high-quality residential and commercial properties. Qualifications Experience or willingness to learn Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniquesKnowledge of or ability to use Hand Tools and Power ToolsUnderstanding or interest in Framing-related tasksStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to qualityAbility to follow safety protocols and work collaboratively as part of a teamPhysical capability to handle materials, perform manual labor, and operate equipmentPrior experience in construction or woodworking is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
