Strong organizational skills, as well as prioritizing multiple tasks are required. Manager is responsible in setting an example in providing attentive and courteous customer service.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide attentive and courteous customer service by fulfilling customer requests for seafood products and answering customer questionsFollow all Federal, State, and Local regulations involving seafood as well as company policies regarding operations, safety, and sanitationFulfill weekly orders in accordance with store policy to ensure adequate supply levelsAchieve financial goals such as sales, gross profit maximization, as well as minimization of shrink and supply expenseAdhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of productComplete all necessary paperwork relating to Captain's Choice DepartmentEnsure proper temperatures are maintained in cooler, prep area, freezer, lobster tanks and cases and are in working conditionSelection, training, development and scheduling of Captain's Choice associatesMinimize shrink through proper handling and storing of productDirect subordinates in implementing plan of action and goal attainmentMinimum QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.
