Come grow with us!Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Program Scheduler providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/C3M), Mission Planning Division. The Mission Planning Division (AFLCMC/C3M) leads the development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise Mission Planning Systems (MPS) supporting all U.S. Air Force aviation platforms. The Division delivers modular, integrated mission planning capabilities that connect operational tasking and intelligence data with aircraft avionics and aircrew mission requirements. By enabling aircrews to electronically receive and process tasking orders, intelligence inputs, target coordinates, and mission‑critical flight and weapons data, MPS enhances combat effectiveness, increases sortie generation rates, and improves aircrew readiness and survivability across the Combat Air Forces (CAF) and Mobility Air Forces (MAF).As a Principal Program Scheduler your duties may include, but are not limited to:Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMOProvide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission successSupport requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve resultsCommunicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and managementPerform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end resultRequired QualificationsU.S. CitizenshipAdvanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft ProjectMust have and be able to maintain a Top-Secret level clearance Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoW sector.Schedule: (M-F; 8-5) or customer discretionWork Location: OnsiteTravel: Yes, 0-15%Relocation Assistance Available: NoPosition Contingent Upon Award of Contract: NoSalary Range (only if required**): $145,000 - $160,000The salary range information is a general guideline only.
