We're seeking a Material Handler / Pallet Mod to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you'll help move products from the production floor to warehouse storage, prepare shipments, and ensure smooth warehouse operations for a regional juice manufacturer with national reach.What You'll Be DoingAs a Material Handler / Pallet Mod, your core responsibilities will include:Material Handling: Load and unload materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other equipment.Inventory Management: Record the flow of materials and products, ensuring accurate documentation.Shipping Preparation: Pull products for shipping, load and unload delivery trucks, and maintain organized warehouse storage. In addition, you will also follow standard procedures, rely on judgment and experience to complete tasks, and contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications:3–5 years of related experience.High school diploma or equivalent.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.Strong time management skills.Skills:Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate handling and documentation of materials.Equipment Operation: Proficient with forklifts and other material handling equipment.Organization & Efficiency: Keep the warehouse organized while meeting production and shipping deadlines.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for both short-term and long-term employment.
