Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Orthopedic Location: Tyler, TX Agency: job.com LLC Pay: $1,800 to $1,850 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical Orthopedic unit. The RN will provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients with orthopedic conditions in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, prior travel experience, and the ability to work night shifts independently. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to med/surg orthopedic patients Monitor patient conditions and administer medications/treatments Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Document patient care accurately in EPIC system Manage patient assignments (approx. 1:6 ratio) Float to units of equal or lower acuity when required Requirements Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Prior travel RN experience required Active RN license (Texas or compact license) BLS certification required NIHSS preferred ACLS preferred Must be comfortable with night shifts and floating Additional Notes First-time travelers are not eligible No local travelers from restricted Texas counties (Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, Morris) How to Apply: Please contact us and share your updated resume: Ilma Shahbaz Phone: (512) 201-6582 Email:
