And we believe those same values should guide how we treat our employees.Job DescriptionThe Academic & Clinical Systems Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the integration of technology across patient care and learning environments within the College of Dental Medicine. Reporting to the Associate Dean for the Integration of Technology in Patient Care and Learning Environments, this position provides operational, technical, and administrative support that helps ensure seamless clinical education and patient‑care experiences.This role coordinates student clinical assessments, manages clinical and educational data systems, and supports technology‑enabled clinic operations. The Coordinator also serves as an important point of connection between students, faculty, clinical teams, and external partners, helping to ensure clear communication, accurate data flow, and timely support.As the College of Dental Medicine continues to grow—expanding class sizes, clinic locations, and patient services—this position is essential to maintaining efficient workflows, supporting evolving clinical technologies, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across academic and clinical systems.Essential FunctionsCoordinate communication and scheduling among students, faculty, and clinical teams, including meetings, workshops, and calibration events.Support student clinical assessments by coordinating, tracking, and auditing evaluations and responding to questions related to assessments, attendance, and gradebook issues.Maintain clinical and assessment systems, including digital tracking tools used for academic and clinical evaluation.Monitor and manage data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards.Coordinate technology training and calibration, including scheduling and support for clinical technologies and digital assessment tools.Provide operational support for technology‑enabled learning and patient‑care environments, assisting faculty and students as needed.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in administration, education, healthcare, or a related field preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesEffective written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office and learning or data management systems; experience with academic, clinical, or evaluation platforms a plusPreferred QualificationsTwo or more years of administrative experience, preferably in higher education, healthcare, or a clinical environmentFamiliarity with dental or medical clinical workflowsWhat We OfferMedical, dental, and vision plans with a variety of optionsRetirement matching up to 7.5%Employee Assistance Programs, including mental health servicesGenerous vacation and sick leave for a strong work‑life balancePaid holidaysEligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)Additional employer‑paid benefitsWhat To Do NextApply through our Career Center at Roseman.edu!
