The Employee Relations will be integral to the Employee Relations team and will be responsible for conducting workplace investigations, providing guidance regarding disciplinary matters and separations, administrative support, handling of HR paperwork, files, and processes. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful and collaborative team player. You must have a comfort with ambiguity and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances (travel is required)Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues and disciplinary mattersManage employee discipline and performance improvement processesManage calls from the employee whistleblower hotlineManages and generates HR reports and HR filesMaintains HRIS database (Paycom) and processes HRIS transactionsOther administrative duties as requiredQualificationsBA/BS degree in a relevant field preferredMinimum of 2-4 years experience in HR management level role or support role demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.Highly Proficient with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as PaycomGood relationship-building skills and positive attitudeMust have strong project management skills and the ability to deliver assignments under tight deadlines with a calm mannerExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior managementMust be organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and be proactive and able to manage time efficientlyDemonstrated good judgment and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issuesProfessional, approachable style and capable of working with all levelsMust have unquestionable integrity and the exceptional ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Must possess demonstrated sound judgement and diplomacyMust be results driven, flexible and able to pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities and demands.Must be self-motivated, positive and proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team in a fast-paced entertainment environment.Previous experience in a highly creative environment.Successful experience building relationships and providing support to multiple levels of management within an organizationBe eligible to work in the United States.Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without noticeInter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability/Veteran.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
