Ophthalmic Product ProcessorProcess and ship ophthalmic products to customers by scanning inventory, preparing invoices, packaging items, and coordinating shipments through various carriers. This role is critical to ensuring customers receive their vision correction products accurately and on time, directly impacting patient care and customer satisfaction.Primary ResponsibilitiesScan trays from Final Inspection to update system statusPrint and distribute billing invoices by tray numberWrap glasses/lenses in protective foam with invoicesSort packaged items into designated customer binsBox shipments with appropriate labels and routingMaintain shipping records and coordinate multiple carrier servicesReturn empty trays to Receiving departmentKey Skills Required Must be able to read prescriptions Able and willing to work as a team Able to read and write in English, basic proficiency Have good eyesight, hand/eye coordination, manual dexterity, attention to detail and patience Can work independentlyEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements Stand for extended periods throughout shift Walk and use hands regularly throughout shift Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally Perform detailed manual tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination Distance and color vision required Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crawlingAbout UsHOYA Group: Founded in 1941 in Tokyo, Japan, HOYA Corporation is a global technology and med-tech company and a leading supplier of innovative high-tech and medical products.
