Company DescriptionLazers Soccer Club offers a wide variety of soccer programs to 3500+ youth and adult players annually.Role DescriptionThe Soccer Operations Coordinator is a full-time salaried position.The Position requires a non-traditional work schedule of daytime hours, evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays. Travel is required occasionally. The position will have regular exposure to outdoor activities and all-weather conditions.Duties include, but not limited to:On The Field:Moving Soccer Equipment - Goals, Benches, Tents, Etc.Setting up Soccer Fields - Measuring and Painting FieldsCoaching Teams and CampsOperating and Assisting Tournament(s) and EventsChecking Field ConditionsOverseeing League GamesIn Office:SchedulingData Entry, Data Management, Clean UpWebsite Management - Front End and Back EndSocial Media Ads and PostsAssisting with Organizing Youth and Adult LeaguesTime:In-season includes extended hours during days, nights, and weekendsNetworking with staff during non-traditional business hoursQualifications:A four-year college degree (or near completion) in Sport Management or Business Management preferred.  Microsoft Excel Experience - Data Entry, Management, and Cleanup Ability to Lift/Push Heavy Objects (Goals, Tents, Etc.)Strong Communication SkillsSoccer Coaching Experience is preferred but not requiredStart/Continue a Career in Sport/SoccerBackground check required through US Youth SoccerSoccer Referee Experience is PreferredHow to Apply: All interested applicants should email resume, cover letter and references to .
