Job Description Leasing Associate Delray Beach, FLPay: $23–$25/hourKey Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing leasing and marketing strategies for the propertyMaintain consistent communication with residents to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the application and renewal processConduct apartment tours for prospective residents and follow up thoroughlyLease and pre-lease apartment homesComplete rental applications, lease agreements, and renewal documentationMonitor vacancies, walk tour paths, and maintain model unitsSupport management with resident relations and issue resolutionBuild and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokersPrepare weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveysAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and occupancy data to identify opportunities and risksRecommend and track marketing initiatives, oversee campaigns, and monitor traffic resultsUpdate property websites and marketing platforms as neededQualifications:1+ years of residential leasing experience, including at least 1 year in a luxury residential settingActive real estate salesperson license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hireFamiliarity with rent stabilization lawsStrong follow-through and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlinesProficiency with social media and communication platformsExperience with Yardi and On-Site is a plusAdditional Information:Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days per week (including Saturdays) #zip
