As we continue to scale, we're expanding our Publisher Partnerships team to strengthen and grow relationships with the mobile publishers and loyalty platforms that power the AdGem network.We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Publisher Partnerships to manage, optimize, and grow long-term publisher relationships across our global supply base. You will serve as the day-to-day owner of a portfolio of publisher accounts, ensuring strong monetization performance, driving optimization initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a trusted operational and strategic partner.This role is ideal for someone who is analytically minded, highly organized, curious about ad tech and mobile monetization, and motivated to build strong partnership relationships.RESPONSIBILITIESPublisher Performance & GrowthOwn a portfolio of publisher accounts and be accountable for revenue retention, growth, and supply healthDevelop a deep understanding of each partner's monetization goals, traffic mix, audience behavior, and optimization leversMonitor inventory performance and implement ongoing optimization to improve eCPM, fill rate, EPC, conversion rate, and user qualityIdentify and execute expansion opportunities including additional placements, new formats, GEO expansion, product adoption, and technical integrationsTrack pacing and performance trends across your accounts to ensure consistency and scalabilitySupport quarterly and monthly forecasting for assigned partnersStrategic Partnership ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for publisher stakeholders - from partner managers to monetization owners and technical operatorsLead regular performance syncs and strategic planning sessionsTranslate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendationsProactively manage risks such as declining engagement, policy issues, fraud signals, or shifting partner prioritiesAdvocate for publisher needs internally while balancing AdGem business goalsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Finance teams to support partner successCoordinate post onboarding and post integration support for new publisher launchesProvide structured feedback from partners to inform future product and platform improvementsWork with Finance on commercial terms alignment, billing questions, and growth-ready contract structuresMarket & Category ExpertiseBuild strong knowledge of rewarded advertising, offerwalls, loyalty monetization, and mobile app growthStay current on platform policy changes, attribution shifts, privacy updates, and market dynamicsRepresent AdGem professionally in select partner meetings and industry conversationsEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS1-4+ years of experience in account management with a preference for experience in adtech, mobile monetization, publisher management, or performance marketingProven success managing and growing relationships with measurable revenue retention and expansion.Foundational understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, EPC, eCPM, CTR, conversion rate, LTV, retention, and ROASStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
