Job DescriptionTitle ProcessorSummaryOur client is seeking detail-oriented Title Processors to support vehicle title and registration processing across multiple states. This role focuses on data entry, document review, transaction validation, and customer support. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a repetitive, process-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry and document verification for vehicle title transactions Compare uploaded documents to system records for accuracy and completeness Approve transactions or reject with detailed explanations of discrepancies Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams Learn and apply multi-state title and registration rulesWork across multiple systems and internal programs Required SkillsData Entry Document Review / Quality Assurance Customer Service (Phone & Email Support) Attention to Detail Computer Proficiency (Multiple Systems) Written and Verbal Communication Ability to Perform Repetitive Tasks Problem Solving / Issue Resolution Preferred ExperienceAutomotive Title Clerk experience Dealership title/registration processing Administrative or back-office processing roles Training & CertificationPaid training provided during work hours Arizona State Title Processing Certification required Certification timeline: ~4 months (training and testing provided) Please view our Privacy Policy
