Lingo Staffing is now hiring Assemblers in the Lake Mary, FL area to start ASAP!Assembler - Responsible for assembling various components according to documented instructions and customer specifications. This role involves identifying components and hardware, completing assemblies accurately, packaging finished products, maintaining production documentation, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.Pay & Schedule:$16.00 hourly1st shift – Monday – Friday - 6:00AM - 2:30PM2nd shift - Monday - Thursday - 2:30PM - 1:00AMMust be able to work overtime as needed.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Assemble components and products according to work instructions and blueprintsInspect materials and finished products for quality, defects, scratches, and conformity to specificationsMeasure parts accurately to ensure compliance with print specificationsComplete production paperwork, quality records, and timekeeping documentationLabel and tag completed products properlyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following 6S standardsAssist with continuous improvement initiatives within the production areaWear required PPE including safety glasses and safety shoesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishMust be detail-oriented with strong accuracy and teamwork skillsAbility to perform basic machine setups with prewritten programsMust be able to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs frequentlyMust be able to kneel, crouch, reach, bend, and stand for extended periodsApply today & call our office for an interview!www.lingostaffing.comOffice #: 407-358-6598#INDORL
