Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements and contracts Oversee corporate governance and compliance for US and global entities Provide legal support for fundraising rounds and M&A transactionsRequired QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-growth "in-house" environment Proven track record in fintech, payments, or the crypto/web3 space is highly preferred Ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers clearly Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced global regulatory environment
