Hi Professionals;Job Title: Implementation AnalystJob Location: RemoteDuration contactRole Overview –Strong financial industry and items processing domain knowledge across banking and paymentsMerchant and mobile distributed capture workflows — understanding of end-to-end deposit lifecycleATM image deposit knowledge including capture, balancing, and exception handlingImage Cash Letter (ICL) processing; Duplicate Detection configuration and managementFamiliarity with teller and distributed capture environments within banking institutionsLead – Senior RolesExcellent merchant and mobile distributed capture domain knowledge across banking environmentsDeep understanding of teller and distributed capture workflows and deposit lifecycle managementItem processing knowledge across capture channels — merchant, mobile, teller, and ATMDeposit settlement, balancing, and exception handling across distributed capture platformsFamiliarity with banking ERP, check clearing, and remittance processing environmentsSoft Skills ( Mandatory for all roles)Excellent written and verbal communication; strong training and documentation skillsAbility to review client requirements and relay to appropriate technical resources where neededManage client expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phasesLead client calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live and hypercare supportPrint & Mail:Job Role:Experienced implementation role involving responsibility for leading larger-scale projects or programs and providing mentorship and subject-matter expertiseBanking experience is a plus.Inclusive of:Print & Mail Processing FundamentalsComposition & Output ToolingFile Intake & Data ValidationPrint Floor & Insertion Processing Printer and Inserter capabilities and constraintsGood to HaveBasic knowledge of SQL and Oracle
