REMOTE Plaintiff Employment Attorney (Litigation)

We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff Employment Attorney with an extensive background in Employment Law, plaintiff experience preferred. The ideal candidate will bring proven track record of successful litigation, exceptional client service, and the ability to independently manage a robust caseload. No Billable RequirementPosition Overview: The Plaintiff Employment Attorney will provide legal representation in a variety of employment-related matters. This includes interviewing clients to evaluate the merits of claims, developing legal strategies for cases, managing negotiations with opposing parties, and appearing in court to defend clients rights.
