This is a fast-paced environment, and the right candidate is dependable and a motivated team player. Rieke Packaging offers a competitive wage/benefit package and a friendly work environment Main Duties & Responsibilities Perform mold and die repair and maintenance Assemble and disassemble tools and dies, including inserts and cavities Build replacement tooling to tolerance per print Set up and operate Tool Room equipment (lathes, milling machines, and grinders) holding close tolerances Machine new parts Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a tool and die shop, Journeyman or equivalent highly preferred Read and interpret mold prints Have a practical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving Proficient in the use of measuring devices (calipers and micrometers) Understand mold construction and mechanical function Ability to work independently or within a team Must be able to work 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am)
