Job description At Woodlake Healthcare we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality care.
