ViewPoint is one of the leading Assessment & Treatment Center for teens, offering guidance, support, and relief. We help adolescents and children from ages 6-17 needing an integrated medical approach combining stabilization, assessment, diagnosis and treatment for successful outcomes. Job Description/Overview Develops, facilitates, conducts and implements activities associated with the management of a therapeutic adolescent environment including: developing rapport with children and adolescents, therapeutic community group sessions, crisis intervention, problem solving management and intervention group meetings, and activities for daily living. Participates in the professional multi-disciplinary case conference meetings and contributes to the prescriptive treatment plan and interventions development and implementation. Provides support and supervision for leisure and recreational activities in and outside the treatment center.
