Administrative and Bookkeeping Office Assistant

We are seeking a full-time, year-round administrative and bookkeeping office assistant. We are general contractor that specializes in design-build and custom construction.Duties Include Accounts Payable Data Entry Payroll Data Entry Assist the bookkeeper with other various bookkeeping tasks. General office organization and filing.Experience Required Previous A/P and payroll experience preferred. Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Google Drive and cloud-based filing systems. Willing to train the applicant who possesses the right temperament and skill set.Traits Required Timeliness and punctuality. The ability to work well with others. Positive and can-do attitude. Willingness to learn. The ability to communicate well with office staff, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Organized and tidy. Self-motivated.
