IMC / Stepdown RN – Nights | Cardiac Heavy Unit ??Looking for a strong Telemetry/Stepdown RN with solid cardiac experience for a high-acuity IMC unit.Position Details:• Specialty: IMC / Stepdown RN• Shift: 12H Nights (7P–7A)• Unit: 28 beds• Every other weekend & holidayPatient Population:• Up to 75% cardiac (pre/post caths, NSTEMI, chest pain)• CHF, COPD, dialysis, stroke overflowRequirements:• 1+ year Tele/IMC experience• Strong cardiac background (REQUIRED)• Experience with titratable drips• BLS & NIHSS requiredDrips Include:• Insulin, Heparin, Nitro, Diltiazem, LasixImportant Notes:• Ratios up to 1:7 on nights• Floating to Med/Surg required• No call required• Local rate applies (within 80 miles)??
