This role blends strong hands‑on functional testing with test automation, working closely with cross‑functional technology and business teams to support an ongoing Power Platform implementation within a .NET‑based environment. You will be responsible for defining and executing testing efforts across multiple applications, building and maintaining automation scripts using the Playwright framework, and contributing to overall quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine test strategies, test plans, and risk assessments for complex system or program changesWrite and execute functional and automated test cases, including preparation of required test dataDesign, build, review, and deploy test automation solutions for interconnected systemsExecute testing, validate results, and perform defect analysis in partnership with development teamsTroubleshoot and triage complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend process improvementsCollaborate with product, project, and development teams to align on testing objectivesTrack and report on defect metrics, automation coverage, and overall testing progressEnsure quality assurance practices align with established SDLC standards and best practicesRequired QualificationsHands‑on experience with functional, API, regression, and automation testingStrong knowledge of test planning, execution, requirements traceability, and defect managementAbility to independently identify technical issues, misconfigurations, and defectsExperience collaborating across multiple development teams in an enterprise environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience testing solutions built on the Microsoft Power PlatformHands‑on experience with Playwright automation testingBackground working in regulated or enterprise environmentsExposure to project coordination or project management activities
