Nice-to-Have Skills Measurement of Success (KPIs / OKRs): Code quality, Pull Request (PR) quality, and team communication/collaboration. Speed is secondary to quality during the first month of onboarding. Success Drivers: Strong communication, flexibility with early hours, and ownership of the release process.
