We are currently seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor for our Roseville, MN location to oversee the Assembly and Paint department. This role is an opportunity for a driven candidate to join a company with a strong growth path.Salary: $74k -$85k DOQWork days: Mon-ThursLake Air Products Offers:Competitive wageFull Benefit Package401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off/Holiday PayGym ReimbursementTuition reimbursementResponsibilitiesLead a team of manufacturing departments (to possibly include fabrication, assembly, welding, etc.) in a metals fabrication production facilityInfluence, track, and hold the team accountable for KPIs - including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC), the output of critical components, plant productivity, etc.Confidently make timely decisions that will positively impact production, results, and customer satisfactionDistributes workload to production staff through department leads.Train employees on processes and machine set-upsAudit employee time and production efficiencies, providing coaching for improvements on attendance and performance as neededConsult with engineering to modification of jobs to improve production and quality of products.Comply with the requirements of the ISO Quality Management System and departmental procedures, and work-instructions.Qualifications2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years experience supervising production and employees in the sheet metal industry.Must have manufacturing experience in sheet metal industryAbility to lead a team and make decisions for the businessExperience with ERP system preferred Kinetic but not necessarilyMicrosoft experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Please note that if this position is located in our Roseville, MN facility, it may be subject to export control regulation.
