We are looking to hire a Electrical Design Engineer for our Energy Resources line of business, working on renewable energy projects, including solar & BESS Responsibilities·      Perform aspects of electrical detailed design related to generation, and distribution, including substations for solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems, their integration into the electrical grid, underground distribution systems, industrial electrical plant applications, and communications technologies.·      Outlining the initial design concepts for substations and overseeing the review or creation of detailed designs, which cover layouts, elevations, single-line and three-line diagrams, both DC and AC control schematics, wiring connections, cable schedules, and the organization of raceways, such as cable trays, duct banks, and trenches, alongside a comprehensive bill of materials.·      Crafting technical specifications for key electrical components to meet customer needs and adhere to the most recent and relevant standards.·      Evaluating proposals, specifications, and drawings from vendors.·      Making sure to complete assigned projects on time while adhering to project quality and budget objectives.Design and review detailed design in renewable energy in AutoCAD.Qualifications·      Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, with a minimum of five years related experience and two year experience in renewable energy·      Possess experience in preparing layouts, elevation views, installation details, grounding, lighting, cable trays and conduit layout drawings is requiredDemonstrated expertise in detailed understanding of the analytical tools/software used in the industry.Strong customer focus, both internal and external.Demonstrate attention to details and being comfortable to be outside of the comfort zone.Proactive in learning new technology and engineering knowledge.
