Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our community presence. In this energetic role, you will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop innovative approaches to enhance our facility’s reputation and reach. Your proactive approach will help us connect with more individuals in need of our services and foster lasting relationships with referral sources. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts Develop strategic plans to increase patient admissions and community engagement Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software like Point Click Care (PCC) to track leads, interactions, and progress Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote our services effectively Manage projects related to outreach initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable results Requirements At least 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within healthcare or related sectors Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management Ability to foster customer relationships through effective communication and active listening Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and community outreach strategies and is familiar with the Dallas, Richardson, Plano and McKinney market Proficiency in using marketing tools and techniques to enhance brand visibility Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams Join us as a Business Development Professional and be part of a passionate team dedicated to enriching lives through exceptional care.
