Based in Brea, CA, Stolo Cabinets is committed to fostering a collaborative and skill-driven work environment where employees thrive and grow.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager/Estimator located in Brea, CA. The Senior Sales Manager/Estimator will manage client relationships, proactively generate sales leads, and estimate project costs.Responsibilities include bringing in new clients and projects, accurately estimating casework and millwork jobs from plans and specifications, managing our sales/ estimating department including quarterly projections and past performance, and maintaining project budgets. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the cabinetry and construction industry. Strong sales, project management, and estimating expertise are critical to success in this role.QualificationsProven experience in sales, client relations, and project leadershipExperience actively bidding institutional casework, laboratory casework, and millwork (min 5+ years)Experience managing a sales departmentKnowledge of WI requirementsStrong skills in estimating, cost analysis, and budget managementKnowledge of cabinetry design and materials, as well as familiarity with construction practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is a plusExperience in the cabinetry, construction
