Located in Easton, PA, we take pride in simplifying complex projects for our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Easton, PA, for a Shop Foreman. The Shop Foreman will oversee daily operations within the millwork shop, managing workflow, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining quality standards. Key tasks include supervising team members, coordinating the use of equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance of shop tools, and collaborating with management to meet project deadlines. The role also involves facilitating clear communication among team members and addressing operational challenges promptly.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and support diverse team members effectivelyProficiency in operating and overseeing heavy equipment within a manufacturing or millwork settingExceptional communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and leadershipExpertise in carpentry and prior experience working with millwork and custom projects in a shop environmentKnowledge of maintenance procedures for tools, machines, and equipmentFamiliarity with AWI Standards, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety best practicesProblem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges and meet tight production schedulesPrevious experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or millwork industry is preferred
