Engineering Operations Manager
Overview
In this role you will enhance the execution surface across software, hardware, test infrastructure, and QPU programs to improve predictability and efficiency. You’ll establish the engineering operating system, including cadence, dependency visibility, and hygiene of Jira/Confluence, release coordination, and metrics. You work closely with engineering leaders to free time for architecture and technical decision-making, while ensuring decisions and actions are tracked to closure. This hands-on IC role balances broad influence with accountability for coordinating rather than owning technical systems, strategy, or staffing.
