Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gladstone, OR, for a General Sales Manager at MAZDA OF GLADSTONE. The General Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales meetings, mentoring and coaching the sales team, analyzing sales performance, managing inventory, and collaborating with other departments to drive dealership success. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
