Intermap Federal Services is seeking Proposal and Capture Coordinator to support proactive opportunity discovery, early-stage capture, and initial proposal development for our advanced geospatial intelligence, airborne IFSAR, elevation data (IRIS™), Low-Latency Foundation Data (LLFD), and R&D solutions.This is a discoverer + shaper role — you will help identify high-value DoD, IC, and USACE opportunities, build customer relationships, shape requirements pre-RFP, and drive early proposal artifacts (white papers, RFIs, capability statements, quad charts).Key Responsibilities:Opportunity Hunting Proactively search, monitor, and qualify new federal opportunities daily on SAM.gov, VulcanSOF, DARPA, AFRL, SBIR/STTR, Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs), and other government contracting platforms.Document & Knowledge Library Build, organize, and continuously maintain a comprehensive, searchable library of reusable materials (capability briefs, PowerPoint templates, past performance summaries, corporate fact sheets, white papers, compliance matrices, and technical one-pagers) for rapid response and quick-turn customer meetings.PowerPoint & Presentation Development Create high-quality, professional PowerPoint briefings, capability slides, and customer presentations that clearly communicate Intermap’s X- and P-band radar strengths and geospatial advantages.Proposal Package Assembly Prepare and compile all supporting documentation for full proposal submissions (volumes, appendices, pricing support, compliance matrices, attachments, and electronic submission packages) under direction of senior capture staff.Market Intelligence Research agency priorities (NGA, NRO, DARPA, USACE, USSOCOM, etc.), maintain knowledge of the federal marketplace, and track Intermap’s past performance and technical differentiators.Capture Administration Support opportunity tracking, action item logs, pipeline updates, meeting coordination, and after-action documentation.Required Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in business proposal and capture supportBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldKnowledge of the federal marketplace, government contracting regulations, and proposal compliance.Strong technical acumenExcellent writer and presenterMust be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for necessary security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI highly desired)Experience with GEOINT, remote sensing, elevation data, or SAR programsFamiliarity with USACE regulatory work (WOTUS, flood modeling, civil works)
