Job DescriptionEstimator - Commercial ConstructionA growing General Contractor with strong ties to Southern California is seeking an experienced Estimator to support and lead estimating efforts for commercial construction projects ranging from $1M-$20M. Projects include ground-up, renovations, and tenant improvements across multiple commercial sectors.Responsibilities• Prepare accurate cost estimates and perform quantity takeoffs• Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents• Solicit, level, and evaluate subcontractor bids• Develop conceptual budgets and assist with preconstruction planning• Prepare GMP and Lump Sum bids• Collaborate with project management and leadership teams• Assist with value engineering and scope reviews• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and clientsQualifications• 10+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in estimating• Experience on $1M-$20M commercial projects• Background in ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects• Experience with GMP, Lump Sum, and conceptual estimating• Competitive bid experience and ability to manage multiple bids• Established relationships with subcontractors and clients in Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCompensation & Benefits• Highly competitive compensation• Full benefits package• Collaborative team culture with strong growth potentialIf you are interested in this position, apply online or submit your resume and project list to hannah.behrens@gogpac.com, or call/text (605) 601-5546 for a confidential conversation.
