Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based at Orchard Nissan of Latham in Latham, NY. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the dealership while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Daily responsibilities include managing and analyzing financial transactions, preparing detailed reports, ensuring customer financing options adhere to company standards, and working closely with sales teams to meet financial goals. Additionally, the Finance Manager will maintain relationships with lending institutions and help customers secure financing solutions tailored to their needs. Qualifications Strong financial and accounting skills, including proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and creating reportsIn-depth understanding of vehicle financing and lending practices, as well as regulatory complianceKnowledge of customer service principles and experience in client-facing roles, particularly in automotive or similar industriesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with sales teams and external lending institutionsProficiency in financial software and tools, as well as strong computer skillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in an automotive financing or dealership environment is highly desirableDemonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
