Regional Security Operations ManagerCompensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000 (Depends on Experience)Type: Full-time (Exempt)Reports to: Director of Security OperationsLocation: New York County - Kings County - Queens CountyExpected Workweek: 50 Hours (Field-Based Leadership Role)Expected Travel: Quarterly to different states when needed for consulting and trainingPosition OverviewThe Regional Security Operations Manager (RSOM) is responsible for full operational ownership of assigned geographic regions. This role carries direct accountability for field execution, client satisfaction, performance standards, leadership discipline, and cultural alignment across all assigned sites.This position exists to ensure operational stability, leadership clarity, and measurable performance outcomes at the regional level.Core ResponsibilitiesRegional Operational OwnershipMaintain full accountability for performance across assigned sitesEnsure proper staffing levels and quality standardsConduct regular and unannounced site inspectionsIdentify operational risks and implement corrective actionEnsure compliance with company protocols and client requirementsLeadership & Team ManagementDirectly manage Field Operations Specialists (FOS)Provide coaching, performance feedback, and discipline when necessaryDrive alignment with company culture and leadership expectationsEnsure professional communication standards are upheldAddress morale and operational gaps proactivelyClient Relationship ManagementServe as primary operational contact for regional clientsMaintain professional, proactive communicationAddress escalations and service concerns promptlyProtect and strengthen long-term client partnershipsPerformance & AccountabilityMonitor KPIs related to attendance, coverage reliability, incident reporting, and professionalismEnsure after-action reporting is accurate and timelyEnforce operational discipline consistentlyMaintain escalation clarity within chain of commandField Presence & Coverage LeadershipBe present in the field regularlySupport operations during peak or high-risk periodsModel leadership standards in dress code and in conductReinforce chain of command integrityRequired Qualifications7+ years in private security leadershipValid Driver's License & Personal VehicleValid NYS Security License (Armed)Experience managing multi-site operationsStrong crisis management capabilityDemonstrated leadership maturity and accountabilityExcellent communication and decision-making skillsAbility to operate under pressure while maintaining professionalismCompetenciesHigh integrity + confidentialityCalm under pressure; strong conflict resolutionOperationally minded; executes and improves systemsDirect and supportive coaching styleStrong attention to detail; strong follow-through
