OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Business Operations Manager to support a large-scale, global brand initiative tied to a major international event. This role will be instrumental in translating strategy into execution, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-visibility projects.You will work at the center of a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization, partnering with teams across brand, marketing, product, partnerships, and regional markets. This role requires a strong operator who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex initiatives, and can effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through deliveryBuild and manage integrated workplans with clear priorities, milestones, ownership, and success metricsDrive alignment across teams including brand, marketing, product, partnerships, and regional stakeholdersEstablish scalable processes, tools, and ways of working to enable efficient executionIdentify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate decision-making by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and next stepsCommunicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadershipCoordinate with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaborationSupport budget tracking and vendor coordination as neededRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or related rolesProven ability to lead complex initiatives in a global, matrixed organizationStrong project and program management skills, including planning, risk management, and execution trackingDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working cross-functionally with both business and technical teamsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (or similar tools) and presentation development (PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent)Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting global brand initiatives, campaigns, or large-scale eventsBackground in consumer brands, sports, entertainment, or media environmentsExperience working with external partners, talent, or agenciesFamiliarity with budget tracking and vendor managementExperience in large, highly matrixed organizationsTools & TechnologiesExperience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is a plus.
