Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic technical recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience to attract, screen, select and onboard talent for a wide variety of quantitative analysis-oriented technical positions (e.g., cost estimators/analysts, program analysts, business/financial management analysts and business process analysts) to enable the success of our varied Federal and Foreign government clients. You will be a critical contributor to our employee-owned company’s continuing growth/health and be part of a high-performing team that has a direct impact on business performance.This position is located in Arlington, VA.ResponsibilitiesImplement overall recruiting strategy that reflects company priorities and recruiting best practices and leverages historical Technomics dataPromote Technomics’ very generous employee referral program internally and train staff on effective networking and recruiting techniquesPromote Technomics’ reputation for being a great place to work, learn and grow internally and externallyPartner with managers to determine job requirements and qualities of an ideal candidate.Develop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPrepare and post job announcements that will attract top talent by promoting the job and company effectivelySource candidates through various techniques, including but not limited to Technomics’ website, LinkedIn, job sites, career fairs, social events, etc.Source candidates through effective relationships with social and professional networksKeep current with sourcing strategies and industry trendsEnhance and execute Technomics’ established college recruitment processScreen candidates resumes and job applications for suitabilityConduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudeSchedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managersManage current candidate tracking systemEstablish and maintain candidate future pipeline data baseAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationshipsPartner with management to determine appropriate compensation packages.Extend offers of employment within company procedures and manage the job offer, including negotiation and administrationOrganize new employee orientation and onboard new employeesEnsure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislationProvide analytical and well documented recruiting (e.g., cost and time per hire) and retention metrics to Technomics Senior Leadership teamContinuously analyze current compensation structure to ensure internal and external market equity.Education, Experience & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree with 2-6 years’ proven technical recruiting experience for cleared positions, including but not limited to DoW, DOE and intelligence community.Initiative, intellect, creativity and drive to impact the future of TechnomicsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issuesIntellectual curiosity and commitment to understand who our people are, what they do, how they do it and who they do it forAbility to think critically and work independentlyStrong planning and organizing skillsStrong problem analysis and problem solving skillsStrong decision-making skillsPrior staffing agency recruiting experience STRONGLY preferred.Technomics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
