The candidate will be responsible for architecting end-to-end DevOps frameworks, defining standards, driving governance, and enabling scalable cloud-native platforms.Role: DevOps Architectlocation: Remote️ Key ResponsibilitiesLead DevOps strategy & roadmap to modernize platform delivery for enterprise systems.Architect highly scalable, secure, and resilient CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep.Architect and govern Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container platforms, including multi-cluster and hybrid deployments.Establish DevSecOps & Cloud Security frameworks (IAM, RBAC, policies, secrets management).Implement observability strategies using logs/metrics/tracing (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, Cloud-native tools).Define governance for Cloud Cost Optimization, DR, High Availability, Backup & Compliance.Standardize and govern automation practices (provisioning, compliance, testing, deployment).Collaborate with Product, Cloud, Security, Network, Data & Engineering teams to align delivery models.Mentor architects, cloud engineers, developers, and DevOps practitioners.Own Technology Evaluation & Tool Selection across DevOps ecosystem.Required Skills & Expertise15+ years in DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering or ReliabilityMinimum 5+ years in Architect / Lead Architect rolesDeep expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP):IAM, Networking, VPC/Subnets, Load Balancing, Storage, PoliciesKubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd), Docker, Helm Strong IaC AutomationTerraform (Must have), plus ARM/Bicep/CloudFormationCI/CD Engineering and Governance using:Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD Knowledge of SRE principles:SLAs, SLOs, chaos engineering, auto-scaling, fault tolerance DevSecOps & ComplianceSAST, DAST, SBOM, HashiCorp Vault, Aqua, Prisma, SonarQube, CheckmarxMonitoring & Observability:Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch Expert in scripting and automation (Python, Bash; Go nice to have)RachaelIT Services | Development | StaffingURL: http:/www.sidramtech.com |Email: rachael@sidramtech.comDirect: 4705239688Led by 25+ Years of Industry Experience
