You understand how direct response campaigns, funnels, lifecycle marketing, automation, creative, AI-powered marketing, and customer journeys work together to drive measurable business growth, trial conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue outcomes.You bring a strong execution mindset while also being an effective people manager who can build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team. You know how to create accountability, provide strategic direction, prioritize effectively, and help team members grow while maintaining strong operational execution and marketing performance standards.Earlier in your career, you were highly hands-on building funnels, automations, nurture campaigns, CRM workflows, direct response campaigns, AI-assisted marketing programs, and conversion-focused growth initiatives. You know how to balance speed, execution quality, innovation, and team leadership while keeping stakeholders aligned around aggressive growth and conversion goals.What You’ll Be DoingIntegrated Campaign ManagementLead and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across acquisition, lifecycle, retention, and customer engagement initiatives.You will:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing integrated marketing team while remaining hands-on in driving strategic marketing initiatives across lifecycle marketing, funnels, webinars, customer journeys, and growth programs. Serve as a key strategic marketing leader, leveraging strong direct response marketing experience to help scale HighLevel’s trial growth and customer acquisition efforts.Align campaign messaging, offers, creative assets, and customer journeys across channelsLead or co-lead, in partnership with the Sr. Director for go-to-market initiatives, launches, promotions, and recurring campaign programs.Partner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on timeImprove customer journeys from lead generation through conversion and retentionEnsure campaigns inside the HighLevel ecosystem.You will:Build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, funnels, pipelines, forms, and nurture systems in HighLevelSupport CRM management, segmentation, campaign setup, and customer communication flowsPartner with technical marketing and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processesHelp maintain campaign quality, tracking accuracy, and reporting visibilityIdentify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, and customer experienceSupport adoption of operational best practices and scalable systemsExplore and implement AI-assisted marketing tools and workflows where appropriate to improve execution quality and efficiencyStrong hands-on experience in HighLevel and a strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing operations are required for success in this role.Campaign Performance & OptimizationLead campaign analysis and continuous improvement efforts across marketing programs and customer journeys.You will:Track campaign performance across engagement, conversion, retention, and funnel metricsAnalyze customer behavior and performance data to identify optimization opportunitiesSupport A/B testing and experimentation across messaging, offers, workflows, and customer experiencesPartner with growth and creative teams to improve campaign effectivenessUse data, automation, and AI-driven insights to inform marketing decisionsContribute ideas that improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and operational executionYou are comfortable using both data and AI-powered insights to guide
