Position Details: Avg. daily census: 100-120 Staffing Day: 6/7 physicians, 1 APP depending on census Staffing Night: 1 Physician/1 APP Day Encounters: 16-20, plus day admits Night Encounters: 10-12 Consults: All specialties available except Rheumatology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, and Neurosurgery ICU: closed Ancillary Staff: Case Managers/Social Workers on every floor Code response: ICU team runs the code and they are present for help with CAT calls (Rapid response). Hospitalist is not responsible for the code but needs to be present for help.
