This role focuses on meeting individual student needs, collaborating with staff, and ensuring compliance with special education regulations while promoting student growth academically, socially, and behaviorally.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct instruction to students in both general education (inclusion) and resource settings based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelinesAdapt and modify curriculum, instruction, and assessments to meet diverse learning needsCollaborate with general education teachers to support differentiated instruction and inclusive practicesCollect and analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust instruction accordinglyManage and coordinate services for assigned caseload, including scheduling and documentationCommunicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needsFacilitate IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-makingImplement behavior supports and intervention plans as neededSupervise and collaborate with paraprofessionals to support student learningMaintain accurate and timely records, reports, and compliance documentationQualifications:License in special education preferred, or working on licensureWorking Conditions:Work occurs in both general education classrooms and small group settingsRequires flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilitiesApplication Procedure:Apply OnlineSelection Procedure: We will contact you for an interview if we are interested in setting up an interview.
