Material Handler

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in materials handling, heavy equipment operation, and inventory management within a fast-paced environment committed to excellence. *Responsibilities* * Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment * Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipping and receiving using RF scanners and manual methods * Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and load & unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols * Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and updating records with precision * Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by properly storing materials on pallets or shelves * Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are correctly documented and processed * Follow OSHA safety standards diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment *Requirements* * Prior experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations is highly preferred * Demonstrated ability to operate forklift, clamp truck, pallet jack, crane, and other heavy equipment safely * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners for order picking and tracking shipments * Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks consistently throughout the shift * Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately * Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols and adherence to safety guidelines in all warehouse activities * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving processes * Previous experience supervising or assisting in warehouse activities is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make an immediate impact!
